Do I need an account to place an order?

Yes. For security purposes I require that you create an account to place an order.

Creating an account will allow you to move more swiftly through the purchasing process: you will be able to save your personal details, store multiple delivery addresses, peruse past orders, update subscription details, and receive special customer discounts and new product information.

How do I reset my password?

To reset your password, please login to your Account and navigate to Account Details.

Enter your current password, a new password, confirm that new password, and click “Save changes.”

You can also reach out here and I will send you a password reset email to the email address I have on file for your account.

How can I delete my account?

Please reach out here and I will promptly delete your account and remove all your information from our servers.

What will I receive if I subscribe to Fleurish Goods Co. emails?

When you subscribe to emails, you can expect to hear from me about 1-4 times per month.

My emails include updates about my products, invitations to events and product launches, and customer-only sales.

What does "available on backorder" mean?

If an item in your cart is available on backorder that means I am currently out of stock but am in the process of crafting up a new batch. All Fleurish Goods Co. are small batch and subject to seasonal harvests. 

You can either pre-order now and I’ll ship it as soon as the product is available or sign up to be notified when it is back in stock.

Can I cancel or update my order after checkout?

Due to my fulfillment and ordering process, I can’t promise that updates or cancellations can be made to your order, but I will do everything I can to try!

If you need to update any information or wish to cancel your order, please contact me as soon as possible and I will be happy to assist you.

Can I change my shipping address after checkout?

Due to my fulfillment and ordering process, I can’t promise that I’ll be able to correct your mailing address, but I will do everything we can to try!

Please contact me as soon as possible with your order number + the correct address that needs to be changed and I will be happy to assist you.

Oops, I forgot to enter my coupon code. Can you apply the discount after checkout?

In most cases, yes! Please contact me here and include:

  • Your full name or email address on the order,

If your order was placed within the eligible time-frame and includes products eligible for the discount, I will be happy to apply the code.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time I ship to Canada and the USA. If you are interested in international shipping, please reach out here and I will do my best to accommodate your order!

What shipping carriers do you use?

I use Canada Post services in Canada and USPS in the USA.

When will my order ship?

Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed and filled.

This lead time does not include the shipping time!

Once I have fulfilled your order I will ship it via Canada Post from Hope, BC Canada.

Most deliveries inside Canada take 3-7 business days to arrive once shipped.

Deliveries outside Canada can sometimes take 10-14 days, but it all depends on how long the order is held at international borders.

Please note some carriers may experience delays beyond our control during peak seasons and inclement weather.

My product looks different than the photo

All Fleurish Goods are handmade with love so you may notice some imperfections such as: slightly misaligned labels, small marks on the vessels, mild differences in colour, etc.

Luckily none of these imperfections impact the quality of the product.

If you have any questions about your goods, please send me an email and I’ll be happy to help.

What does "available on backorder" mean?

Are your containers sustainable?

At Fleurish Goods Co. I strive to make as little impact on the earth as possible.

My product labels are produced with GreenGuard eco friendly inks which are 100% free of reactive chemistries, making them safer to use and better for the environment.

All my packaging and containers are reusable first or recyclable so even if you can’t find a way to give them new life, someone else will!

Before you toss that leftover container, let’s show you how easy it is to clean + repurpose.

Amber glass Salve and Balm Jars:
  1. Remove the label.
  2. Wash with hot soapy water (dish soap works best) until all product residue has been removed.
  3. Now you can reuse it as a mini storage container and more.
Amber glass Candle Jars:
  1. Remove the labels (both on the side and bottom)
  2. Pop the glass jar in the oven at its lowest setting until any remaining wax melts.
  3. Carefully remove the jar from the oven to pour the wax into the compost.
  4. Pop out the wick holder using a spoon or fork.
  5. Wipe the inside with a brown shopping bag, cloth, or reusable paper towel until all soy wax residue is removed.
  6. Wash with hot soapy water (dish soap works best).
  7. Now you can reuse it as a succulent planter, pencil cup, storage container, and more.
  8. If you are local and can attend one of my events, bring your clean candle jar and return it to me for $10 off your next candle purchase!

What kind of fragrance do you use?

I use high quality, organic, and ethically grown flowers, herbs, essential oils, and hydrosols in our fragranced products.

Essential oils are super concentrated and steam distilled directly from plant matter.

Hydrosols are a by-product from the distillation of essential oils. They are gentle, mildly antiseptic, astringent, and lightly fragrant.

Do you use synthetic fragrances or other petrochemicals?

No. I do not use synthetic fragrances or petroleum chemicals in any of my products. I strive to create products that help both you and our planet thrive.

How do I extend the life of my bar soap?

To extend the life of your soap bar:

  • Use a draining soap dish to store when not in use. Avoid storing your soap in a place that is constantly in contact with water, like in the direct stream of the shower.
  • Allow the soap bar to dry completely. The more time your soap spends completely dry, the longer it will last.
  • Use a washcloth or a loofah. They will create more lather and will use less soap to clean your body than only using your hands.

How do I use my skin care bundle?

First cleanse. Use the facial oil if you are double cleansing (recommended at night) or skip to the cleansing step with the bar soap if cleansing in the morning.

To double cleanse:  Open the facial oil glass bottle and with a deep inhale through the nose, enjoy the therapeutic benefits of essential oils.

Place one to two droppers full of oil on your hands and rub them together. Apply the oil to your face, gently massaging into the skin for 1-2 minutes to remove makeup and other impurities.

Run warm water over a face cloth, wring it out, and place over your face to steam pores. Gently wipe all excess oil off face with the cloth.

Next, rub the bar soap on your hands, a loofah, sponge, or face cloth with water. Work into a soft lather.

Gently wash neck, face, and décolleté using the cloth or loofah. Avoid your eyes and other sensitive areas. Rinse well with water.

Pump a small amount of toner onto a dry facecloth or organic cotton round.

Sweep across your skin to help soothe, calm, and balance skin with healing hydrosols + anti-inflammatory ingredients.

Follow with a lighter application (approx. half a dropper) of the moisturizing facial oil.

Always finish with sun protection. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

 

My face feels so nourished after double cleansing. Does the toner remove some of the moisture?

Absolutely not. I formulate my facial toners with plant-based hydrosols instead of harsh chemicals or alcohol so that it intentionally does not dry out your skin.

Hydrosols are a by-product from the distillation of essential oils. They are gentle, mildly antiseptic, astringent, and lightly fragrant.

What is the role of the toner in this cleansing routine?

My toners are specifically formulated to remove any last traces of impurities left behind on your skin after cleansing while soothing, calming, and balancing the skin with healing hydrosols + anti-inflammatory ingredients.

This vital step in your skincare routine delivers added nutrients and benefits such as increased hydration as opposed to mass-marketed toners that will strip hydration from your skin.

They are formulated with botanicals, plant-cased hydrosols, and no preservatives or emulsifiers so please shake well to combine ingredients before you use this toner.

 

Should I use a moisturizer after using the toner?

Yes! Use the calming facial oil as your moisture layer after you tone.

It’s a mild and versatile facial oil can be used as a cleaning oil, makeup remover, and moisturizing oil —  leaving your skin feeling supple and hydrated.

What can I do with my candle after it is finished?

At Fleurish Goods Co. I strive to make as little impact on the earth as possible, including my candle jars. I purposefully chose aluminum lids as they are infinitely recyclable and amber glass jars as they can be cleaned and exchanged or up-cycled.

Before you toss that leftover container, let’s show you how easy it is to clean + repurpose.

  1. Remove the labels (both on the side and bottom)

  2. Use them to store small craft supplies, like buttons and beads.
  3. Repurpose them in the kitchen for spices, herbs, or even homemade jams.
  4. Use glass jars and aluminum lids for bathroom storage for items like cotton balls or q-tips.
  5. Repurpose them for makeup brushes, eye liner pencils, and more.
  6. Reuse your jar in the office as a pencil or pen holder.
  7. Place a string of battery-powered micro LED lights into the jar, close the lid, and enjoy mobile fairy lights inside or out.

 

To return your amber glass candle jars:

Great news! I’m now offering a local candle refill program for local folks (Hope, BC and area) or folks who are able to come out to one of my events. Here’s how it works:

  1. First clean your vessel once you have finished burning all but 1/4 inch of the wax. 
  2. Bring your clean vessel to my next event or contact me for local drop-off.
  3. In exchange for your vessel I’ll give you $10 off your next candle purchase.
